The lovely Damien is a Frenchman married to a Moroccan woman who will take the very best care of you. Abertih has been recently renovated but in authenitc traditional Moroccan style! There is however a 10min walk away up the hill a beautiful restored French fort which is more expensive to stay in. There is a swimming pool here (which I'm pretty sure you can pay to use if you sleep at the bottom of the hill) www.3chameaux.com There is also a campground in Mirleft and other more expensive and cheaper accommodation - please let me know if you require further information TRAVEL: - To travel to Mirleft there are ryanair flights daily to Marrakech from Luton www.ryanair.com easyjet flights daily to Marrakech from Gatwick www.easyjet.com. There are also some charter flights which go to Agadir which is closer (or www.royalairmaroc.com ). The Abertih website has good travel advice for Mirleft. - I am personally flying to Marrakech on Friday 12 September and will travel down by bus. We are looking to hire transport down to Mirleft Sunday 14 September at lunchtime. THINKING OF TRAVELLING FURTHER AFIELD IN MOROCCO?? - If you are thinking of travelling before or after the retreat I heavily recommend making it up to the nearby mountains in Tafroute - the drive up there will stay with you forever.
